Although we take every precaution to protect you when using our website, your use of this site is ultimately at your own discretion. All intellectual property located on our website, including thoughts, ideas, information, text, materials and graphics, remains the property of Felt in Bloom at all times, and are only included with permission from the relevant owner. You must not copy, steal, borrow or otherwise, without express permission from us.
We collect your personal information for the purposes of providing you with the best service possible. This includes your email address which is collected for communication in relation to your orders. We also collect your address so we can reasonably ensure accurate delivery of your purchases and other such necessary and relevant information, purely used provide you with the best service possible. All information collected is strictly relevant to your contact and purchases with us, and we will not disclose or on-sell your personal information to any external party.

All prices are listed in AUD.
Our website is encrypted with an SSL certificate (as shown by the https: at the beginning of our URL) and although we take considerable precaution to make our website secure, payment is made through your nominated method (Paypal, bank deposit and credit / debit card via Paypal) at your own risk.
RETURNS – REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Please note we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
You are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to communicate with us regarding repair, replacement or refund of a faulty product. Claims must be made within three days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post within seven days. We maintain the right to provide a suitable replacement product in the rare instance that you may have received a faulty item, and we maintain the right to provide a full refund in circumstances where we feel an exchange is not appropriate for any reason.
Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged during or after delivery Furthermore, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped, torn, stained, broken or otherwise, our returns policy is null and void. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note, as with any product, natural wear and tear will occur over time and request for return or exchange will not be valid outside of the initial return period (3 days).
We maintain the right to determine the outcome of all claims under all circumstances, and will endeavor to do so in a fair and reasonable manner.
At Felt in Bloom we endeavor to dispatch all items within 3 business days and you will receive an email providing notification of shipment and tracking information. If we’re unable to meet this window, we’ll contact you to inform you of the anticipated time frame for dispatch. Shipping times are determined by the method of shipping you select, and we do not accept responsibility for any shipping losses or delays as a result of third party postal services. If you have informed us of an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible and do not accept liability under these circumstances.
